When...It's not so different in other sectors...<br />When I was made redundant a few years ago from a job I loved in the Charity sector, I had a 1 and 4 year old, and I decided that I'd be available when it suited me.<br />With the courage of my convictions I now work 3 days a week between 9am and 3pm (school hours so I can still do drop off and pick-up), rallied the mummy-network for childcare for meetings on days I don't work. Oh - and it's at home so I drop off at school, walk home, pour coffee and start work.<br />There are employers out there who want flexibility, experience and commitment. <br />(And I think it makes me a better mother!)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
